to keep down the cost of your dental care and
have established these policies to assist us in
that goal.
- Payment is
requested at the time of your dental
treatment. We are happy to discuss each
procedure and fee before the treatment is
started.
- We accept
Capital One Dental Fee Plan Payment as well as Visa,
Master Card or Care Credit.
- We ask
patients to seek personal reimbursement
directly from their insurance carrier.
- Please bring
your dental insurance benefits booklet and
form with you to your appointment so that we
may assist you in filing your claim.
